What do I need in order to register my athlete?

You will need your Insurance Card, Debit/Credit Card, Pediatrician and Emergency Contact Information to complete registration.

A minimum of a 50% deposit is due at the time of registration via Debit/Credit card. Processing fees are added at checkout.

In order for your athlete to receive equipment :

• Your account must be PAID IN FULL in order for your athlete to receive equipment.

• You must present an Original Birth Certificate* with a raised seal, 2024 Report Card and a Physical or Medical Release (signed and dated by Doctor in 2024).

  • *Original Birth Certificates needed for new players only.

  • *Birth certificates are returned to parents once the athlete books are certified in August.

• The player packet, will be printed by the ASL Bengals and available for parents/guardians and athletes to sign on equipment night.

Additional Registration Details:

• There is a per family maximum of $400. All athletes must be registered, regardless of the family maximum.

• Limited scholarships exist for families who are having difficulty paying registration fees; for more information, please contact aslbengals.president@gmail.com.
