What do I need in order to register my athlete?

You will need your Insurance Card, Pediatrician and Emergency Contact Information to complete registration.

A minimum of a 50% deposit is due at the time of registration via Debit/Credit card. Processing fees are added at checkout.

In order for your athlete to receive equipment (tentatively scheduled for 7/21 - 7/24, more info coming soon):

• Your account must be PAID IN FULL in order for your athlete to receive equipment.

• You must present an Original Birth Certificate with a raised seal and a Physical or Medical Release (signed and dated by Doctor in 2023). Birth certificates are returned to parents once the athlete books are certified in August.

• Please print, fill out, sign and bring the player packet, available in July when released by AYF, to equipment night. All forms are required.

Additional Registration Details:

• There is a per family maximum of $400. All athletes must be registered, regardless of the family maximum.

• Limited scholarships exist for families who are having difficulty paying registration fees; for more information, please contact aslbengals.president@gmail.com.

Refund Policy:

• Once an athlete has successfully registered and paid their registration fees, they acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:

  • Participants who choose to withdraw from either the Football or Cheerleading programs will not be eligible for any form of refund post-Jamboree Weekend . This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including personal, medical, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
